Definitions
Publisher: ARCHIPRATIQUE, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with share capital of €7,500.00, whose registered office is located at 4 Rue Pasteur, 59290 Wasquehal, registered with the Lille Métropole Trade and Companies Register under number 792 112 802.
Site: all websites, web pages and online services offered by the Publisher under MyLittleCockpit.
User: any person using the Site and its services.

Governing law and remedies
